Kassandra + Nik - Glen Drummond Farm

Say what?! Another wedding blog, can you believe it? Me neither! I just can’t hold off any longer sharing more from Kassandra + Nik’s perfect day last summer!

I was introduced to Nik when he was in two other couples weddings that I had the honour of capturing. When him and Kass messaged me about being a part of their day I was so excited and couldn’t wait to hear more about what their day would look like!

Unfortunately these two were some of my clients that had planed their original date right in the middle of of the pandemic and we had to postpone - which was totally okay because they definitely wanted to be able to have the full celebration with all their friends and family to hug, dance, and party the night away!

When the big day finally came, the ladies started off getting ready in Guelph with a laid back morning. We hung out, had some laughs, took some photos, and headed over to Dyment’s Glen Drummond Farm where she would put on her dress and a few finishing touches. The couple decided to have a first look so we found an area on the property that had the most big beautiful tree a gorgeous country field backdrop! It was the perfect spot for their reveal!

K + N tied the knot on a peak that overlooked a forest, the view was breathtaking! The ceremony was short and sweet and filled with lots of smiles and laughter!

The venues reception space was decorated so elegantly with fresh florals, twinkle lights, a wine bottle seating chart display, and a delectable donut stand! I couldn't stop photographing their details, it was all just so stunning! The evening proceeded with a delicious dinner, some heartfelt speeches, and a whole lotta laughter!

The couple and I snuck away for a few more shots before the sun went down and came back to finish off the speeches and get onto the dance floor! Their first dance was so sweet and surrounded by their loved ones. After a couple more parent dances, the party kicked off! I have a feeling this bunch was on the dance floor right up until the minute the venue closed! They were such a fun crew to spend the day with!

Kass + Nik, I am so happy our paths crossed and I have been able to be a part of so many special moments in your lives! It means more to me then you will ever know! Cheers to you and your love and all the adventures you have ahead!
