Devin + Jeremy Wedding
Devin and Jeremy are such a vibrant and fun couple. I learned this when we spoke over the phone but even more so when we shot their engagement session in the bitter cold of January last year. They were total troopers then and their images were breathtaking which made me all the more excited for their special day!
The wedding took place at The Ancaster Mill, which if you haven't checked out, I strongly suggest you do! It is such a beautiful rustic venue! I couldn't wait to shoot there! November is already such a festive month, so I knew it was going to be a heart warming wedding full of lots of love and laughter.. and it definitely didn't disappoint!
The ceremony was held in the stunning chapel onsite, lots of lovely natural light and the perfect amount of decor. The weather was quite perfect for us that day, a light dusting of snow but warm enough for the party to have their photographs outdoors utilizing the many amazing locations to shoot around the Mill.
Now let's talk about the reception decor. OH EM GEE! When I walked into the room, I 100% had sensory overload. Although the details were simple and elegant and not at all overdone, I took a million shots! I couldn't help myself! The DIY table numbers and place cards - each one had a personal note written on the back from the bride and groom to the guest! I couldn't believe the time they spent on these details, but they made the space so welcoming and warm. Delicate greenery placed on the tables and candles lit to set a romantic vibe. I just loved it all!
